1. We give our retailers 45% discount + free shipping within Sweden.
Minimum order of 6 000sek & 4pcs each product.
Our lovely uniqe retailers are responsible of marketing & greatly representing our brand. All retailers are allowed to set their fair needed price in their own country.
2. Purchase Order
Your order must include:
1. VAT number.
2. Company name and address.The name and telephone number of the contact person.
3. Items that are desired to be ordered.
3. Payment
Prepayment must be made when placing your order using:

Sweden is offered Invoice with 30 days payment credit.

Paypal/Credit Card.
4. Shipping Insured and tracked.
We pack our orders to minimize damage during shipping. If you have any damage to your products due to shipping, please contact us immediately to make arrangements. We always add insurance, this have been the very best method with complete order delivery around the world. Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect physical address will incur a delivery charge to the customer's account. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery & Production Time
10-30 business days to prepare create handmade order. We leave it to customer to order in a good time. The date of delivery specified by the Supplier is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Once the order is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any extra import or extra shipping fees incurred. Unopened products in good condition may be returned upon approval from our office. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to get approval for the return. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
We are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened.
A 25% restocking fee applies to items that were shipped as ordered and are not damaged or opened.
7. Marketing Materials and Graphics
Our web site or any portion of our web site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Jenny Jahn. You may use our logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark on your web site or printed materials with our written permission.
8. Acceptance of Electronic Communication
By placing an order, you are consenting to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail to make sure we have all agreement correct and written down. You agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement.
9. Holidays information
We will be out of office 3 weeks in summer (jul/aug) and 2 weeks in winter (dec/jan). Any order needs to be placed by customer 45 days business before holiday to make sure of a delivery.
10. Currency value
We will always follow market in raisings of currency, this means we could be needed to raise in any terms if market does. We keep rights to raise anytime needed for to cover cost of manufacturing and values.
11. Out of stock/Out of supply of materials.
Since I work with carved crystals from mother earth, there is no guarantee that a specific design is still available. You will of course be notified if a product/design is not available for delivery. We reserve the right to sell out any sales.
12. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, the act or omission of government, highway authorities, forced close downs, or any telecommunications carrier, operator or administration or other competent authority, or the delay or failure in manufacture, production, or supply by third parties of equipment or services, and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations after notifying the other party of the nature and extent of such events.
13. Limitation of liability
The entire liability of the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the price paid by the Customer to which the claim relates. In no event shall the Supplier be liable to the Customer for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. This shall apply even where such a loss was reasonably foreseeable or the Supplier had been made aware of the possibility of the Customer incurring such a loss.
14. Third parts
We are not responsible for any third part made agreement between customer and any other part. This contract is only between our customer and us. We keep the right at any time of misused agreements or contact disclose this contract immediately.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Sweden and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

We choose the most beautiful stones to work with. Please note that no refunds will be issued for products with natural imperfections. Mother Nature dont create no two crystal are exactly the same every crystal has varying colors, marbling and so on but the quality and components of the product will be the same.
