GDPR AND PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your personal data

This privacy policy applies to the use of jennyjahn.com, webshop, products, services, bookings, and all contact with us.

We value your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the website, contacting us, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to this privacy policy.

What information do we collect?

When you contact us, book a service, make a purchase, or use the website, we may process the following information:

โ™ก name and contact details

โ™ก email address

โ™ก payment information

โ™ก information about purchased products or services

โ™ก order and payment history

โ™ก messages or information you send to us

โ™ก technical information, such as IP address, device, and language settings

โ™ก information on how the website is used

For the AI chat

If you use Jenny Jahn AI, the following information may be processed for the service to function:

โ™ก first name or initial that you choose to provide

โ™ก customer number linked to your account

โ™ก messages and conversations sent in the AI chat

โ™ก technical information required for the service to function securely

When you send a message in the AI chat, the content is sent to Anthropic Claude to generate a response.

Chat history is temporarily saved so that the AI can remember previous conversations between visits and is automatically deleted after approximately 90 days.

Third-party protection is built into the channel. Readings by other people are presented as intuitive guidance, energetic mirroring, and possible patterns, never as verified facts. The AI reads emotions, energy, movement, and dynamics, but makes no firm claims about diagnoses, crimes, or specific actions.

We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal data about yourself or others in the AI chat.
