Here you will find information about purchases, bookings, delivery, right of withdrawal, liability, privacy, and rights, so that you can feel secure in your purchase or collaboration with Jenny Jahn.

Brief overview

♡ When you book, you will always receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the confirmation.

♡ Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. For Swish, select manual payment and then complete the transfer.

♡ Booking a service is binding and non-refundable once the service has begun, been delivered, or performed.

♡ In case of an impediment, a booked service can be moved to another time. Rescheduled service is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.

♡ Physical products have a 14-day return policy, provided the product is returned in original condition, unopened, and in its unbroken packaging.

♡ You must be at least 18 years old to order services or products.

♡ Healing, psychic guidance, and intuitive readings never replace medical care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.

Booking and payment

By using the website, booking services, or purchasing products from jennyjahn.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email (If you haven't received one? Don't forget to check your spam folder). The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and contact information at the time of purchase.

Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. All prices are stated including VAT where VAT is applicable.

Right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund

When purchasing healing, psychic guidance, intuitive reading, coaching, or any other personal service where the performance begins immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the service may begin before the withdrawal period has expired. Once the service has begun, been delivered, or performed, it is non-refundable.

Digital services and files cannot be recalled after delivery.

In case of an impediment, a booked service can be moved to a new time. Rescheduled service is valid for use within 30 days from the original purchase date.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a service if I determine that I cannot provide adequate support, in case of illness, force majeure, or other important reason. In such a cancellation, a full refund will be given. I reserve the right to keep the reasons for a cancellation private if necessary.

In case of drug influence, threatening, offensive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, the service will be terminated immediately without a refund.

Physical products

For physical products, there is a 14-day right of return.

The product must be returned in original condition, unopened, and in its unbroken packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after the product has been received and inspected.

Natural products may have natural variations in color, shape, and expression. Such variations are not considered defects.

In case of damage or defect, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

Delivery

Digital services, files, and guidance are delivered via email or as agreed.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address, functional technical equipment, and access to email.

Physical products are usually delivered within 1 to 10 working days via a third party, such as DHL.

In case of an incorrect address or uncollected package, a new shipping fee may apply for re-delivery.

Responsibility and guidance

Jenny Jahn offers intuitive, energetic, psychic, and personal guidance for self-healing, reflection, inner clarity, and personal development.

All choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after a session are always the customer's own responsibility.

The services do not replace care, treatment, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional expertise.

Results, experiences, and effects of healing, energy, and guidance are subjective and may vary from person to person.

A lack of, subtle, or different experience does not mean that the service has not been delivered.

Delivery is assessed based on whether the service or product has been performed and provided as agreed, not on how it is experienced.

Jenny Jahn AI Chat

Jenny Jahn AI is a digital AI service created and coded based on Jenny Jahn's method, language, frequency, and way of working with intuitive guidance, reflection, and personal development.

When you use the AI chat, you are not chatting with Jenny Jahn personally, but with an AI service that is created as a complement between sessions, for personal reflection, inner clarity, and guidance in the moment.

The AI chat never replaces a personal session, care, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.

Responses from AI can be perceived as personal, intuitive, and accurate, but AI can also misinterpret, miss nuances, or give answers that do not suit your situation. All choices, decisions, and actions based on the information are always your own responsibility.

Future readings in the AI chat should be understood as possible directions, reflections, and energetic perspectives, not as fixed outcomes, guarantees, or absolute truths.

Only enter your first name or initials in the chat. Do not share your last name, address, social security number, phone number, sensitive personal data, private information about other people, or information that you do not want to be processed digitally.

Third-party protection is built into the channel. Readings about other people are presented as intuitive guidance, energetic reflection, and possible patterns, never as verified facts. The AI reads emotions, energy, movement, and dynamics, but makes no firm statements about diagnoses, crimes, or specific actions.

When you send a message in the AI chat, the content is sent to Anthropic/Claude to generate a response. The chat is saved linked to your customer account so that the AI can remember previous conversations between visits. The chat history is automatically deleted after approximately 90 days.

The AI chat is only available when you are logged into your customer account and have an active AI pass.

Jenny Jahn AI is not used for medical diagnoses, treatments, acute mental conditions, legal matters, financial advice, government agency matters, exact future guarantees, or decisions that should control your free will.

In case of acute mental health issues, suicidal thoughts, or medical problems, you should contact healthcare, 112, or 1177.

1. Medical diagnoses, illnesses, or treatments
   
2. Acute mental conditions, suicidal thoughts, psychoses, or severe depression
   
3. Legal matters, court cases, government decisions, custody disputes, police, or social services
   
4. Death, date of death, or how someone will die
   
5. Exact future dates or absolute guarantees
   
6. Other people's private secrets without their consent
   
7. Detailed financial advice, investments, stocks, or exact amounts
   
8. Detailed pregnancy information, such as gender, exact birth date, or fertility outcomes
   
9. Criminal acts, guilt issues, or crimes
   
10. Decisions that should control the customer's free will, such as whether the customer should divorce, take a job, or make a specific life choice
    

Guidance can be provided as reflection and perspective, but the decision always rests with the customer.

Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

Services are not performed directly on minors. All ordering, contact, and handling are done via an adult or guardian.

Responsibility for information, receipt, and further handling always lies with the adult who placed the order.

The latest version is always published on this page. For purchases, the terms and conditions published at the time of booking or ordering apply.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be settled by a Swedish court.
