TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR JENNYJAHN.COM
Safe terms with clarity, respect, and balance for both parties
Here you will find information about purchases, bookings, delivery, right of withdrawal, responsibility, privacy, and rights, so that you can feel safe in your purchase or collaboration with Jenny Jahn.
Brief overview
♡ When booking, you will always receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation does not appear.
♡ Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. For Swish, choose manual payment and then make the transfer.
♡ Booking a service is binding and non-refundable once the service has been started, delivered, or performed.
♡ If you are unable to attend, a booked service can be moved to another time. A rescheduled service is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
♡ Physical products have a 14-day return policy, provided that the product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and in unbroken packaging.
♡ You must be at least 18 years old to order services or products.
♡ Healing, mediumship guidance, and intuitive readings never replace healthcare, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.
Booking and payment
By using the website, booking services, or purchasing products from jennyjahn.com, you agree to these terms.
When booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have not received one, please remember to check your spam folder. The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and contact details when making a purchase.
Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. All prices include VAT where VAT is applicable.
Right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
When purchasing healing, mediumship guidance, intuitive readings, coaching, or another personal service where performance begins immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the service may begin before the withdrawal period has expired. Once the service has been started, delivered, or performed, it is non-refundable.
Digital services and files cannot be returned after delivery.
If you are unable to attend, a booked service can be moved to a new time. A rescheduled service is valid for use within 30 days from the original purchase date.
I reserve the right to cancel or decline a service if I assess that I cannot provide the right support, in case of illness, force majeure, or another important reason. In such a cancellation, a full refund will be given. I retain the right to keep the reasons for a cancellation private if needed.
In the event of drug influence, threatening, offensive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, the service will be ended immediately without a refund.
Physical products
For physical products, a 14-day return policy applies.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and in unbroken packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
For an approved return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after the product has been received and inspected.
Natural products may have natural variations in color, shape, and appearance. Such variations are not considered defects.
In the event of damage or defect, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Delivery
Digital services, files, and guidance are delivered by email or as agreed.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address, having functioning technical equipment, and access to email.
Physical products are usually delivered within 1 to 10 working days via a third party, such as DHL.
In the event of an incorrect address or an uncollected package, a new shipping fee may be charged for redelivery.
Responsibility and guidance
Jenny Jahn offers intuitive, energetic, mediumship, and personal guidance for self-healing, reflection, inner clarity, and personal development.
All choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after a session are always the customer’s own responsibility.
The services do not replace healthcare, treatment, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional expertise.
Results, experiences, and effects of healing, energy, and guidance are subjective and may vary from person to person.
An absent, subtle, or different experience does not mean that the service has not been delivered.
Delivery is assessed based on whether the service or product has been performed and provided as agreed, not based on how it is experienced.
Jenny Jahn AI Chat
Jenny Jahn AI is a digital AI service created and coded based on Jenny Jahn’s method, language, frequency, and way of working with intuitive guidance, reflection, and personal development.
When you use the AI chat, you are not chatting with Jenny Jahn personally, but with an AI service created as a complement between sessions, for self-reflection, inner clarity, and guidance in the moment.
The AI chat never replaces a personal session, healthcare, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.
Answers from AI may feel personal, intuitive, and accurate, but AI may also interpret incorrectly, miss nuances, or give answers that do not suit your situation. All choices, decisions, and actions based on the information are always your own responsibility.
Future readings in the AI chat should be understood as possible directions, reflections, and energetic perspectives, not as fixed outcomes, guarantees, or absolute truths.
Only write first names or initials in the chat. Do not share last names, addresses, personal identity numbers, phone numbers, sensitive personal data, private information about other people, or information that you do not want to be processed digitally.
Third-party protection is built into the channel. Readings about other people are presented as intuitive guidance, energetic reflection, and possible patterns, never as verified facts. The AI reads feelings, energy, movement, and dynamics, but does not make firm claims about diagnoses, crimes, or specific actions.
When you send a message in the AI chat, the content is sent to Anthropic/Claude in order to generate a response. The chat is saved in connection with your customer account so that the AI can remember previous conversations between visits. Chat history is automatically deleted after approximately 90 days.
The AI chat is only available when you are logged in to your customer account and have an active AI pass.
Jenny Jahn AI is not used for medical diagnoses, treatments, acute mental health conditions, legal matters, financial advice, matters involving authorities, exact future guarantees, or decisions that should control your free will.
In case of acute mental distress, suicidal thoughts, or medical concerns, you should contact healthcare services, 112, or 1177.

Acute mental health conditions, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or severe depression
Legal questions, court cases, authority decisions, custody disputes, police, or social services
Deaths, dates of death, or how someone will die
Exact future dates or absolute guarantees
Other people’s private secrets without their consent
Detailed financial advice, investments, stocks, or exact amounts
Pregnancy in detail, such as gender, exact birth date, or fertility outcomes
Criminal acts, questions of guilt, or crimes
Decisions that should control the customer’s free will, such as whether the customer should divorce, take a job, or make a specific life choice
Guidance may be given as reflection and perspective, but the decision always lies with the customer.
Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Services are not performed directly on minors. All orders, contact, and handling take place through an adult or legal guardian.
Responsibility for information, receiving it, and further handling always lies with the adult purchaser.

I work in an original way in my practice and offer guidance, healing, and energetic support based on my own method and my own way of working.
Confidentiality and privacy
All information shared in sessions is handled with respect and confidentiality.
Personal information, goals, dreams, business ideas, sensitive information, or private material is never shared further without your approval, unless required by law.
GDPR and personal data
Jennyjahn.com processes personal data only to the extent necessary for booking, purchases, delivery, contact, customer service, and legally required accounting.
You have the right to request information about which personal data is processed, and to request correction or deletion where possible under applicable law.

Jennyjahn.com reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
The latest version is always published on this page. For purchases, the terms published at the time of booking or order apply.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court.
