TERMS AND GENERAL AGREEMENT FOR JENNYJAHN.COM

Here you will find information about purchases, bookings, delivery, right of withdrawal, liability, privacy, and rights, so you can feel secure in your purchase or collaboration with Jenny Jahn.
Brief Overview
♡ Upon booking, you will always receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation is not visible.
♡ Payment can be made with Klarna, credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Google Pay.
♡ Booking a service is binding and non-refundable once the service has commenced, been delivered, or performed.
♡ In case of an impediment, a booked service can be rescheduled. A rescheduled service is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
♡ Physical products have a 14-day return policy, provided the product is returned in original condition, unopened, and in its unbroken packaging.
♡ You must be at least 18 years old to order services or products.
♡ Healing, mediumistic guidance, and intuitive readings never replace medical care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.
Booking and Payment
By using the website, booking services, or purchasing products from jennyjahn.com, you agree to these terms.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder. The customer is responsible for providing correct email address and contact details during purchase.
Payment can be made with Klarna, credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. All prices are stated including VAT where VAT is applicable.
Energy work may commence immediately upon completed purchase, according to the information provided at the time of booking.
Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund
For distance purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
For healing, mediumistic guidance, intuitive readings, coaching, and other personally performed services, the work may begin immediately after the purchase is completed. The customer is informed of this before purchase and agrees to this along with the Purchase & User Terms.
If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal after the service has begun, the customer may be required to pay for the portion of the service already performed, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer legislation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so via our Withdrawal function.
Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ceases, provided that the customer has given the consent and received the information required by law before the purchase.
For digital content and digital services, special rules regarding the right of withdrawal may apply depending on how and when the content or service is delivered. Information about this will be provided at the time of purchase.
In case of an impediment, a booked service can be rescheduled. A rescheduled service is valid for use within 30 days from the original purchase date.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a service if I determine that I cannot provide the right support, in case of illness, force majeure, or other important reason. In such a cancellation, a full refund will be given. I reserve the right to keep the reasons for a cancellation private if necessary.
In case of drug influence, threatening, offensive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior, the service will be terminated immediately. Any right to a refund will be assessed according to applicable legislation.
I also reserve the right to terminate a client relationship long-term if I determine that the collaboration, match, or energy between me and the client is no longer beneficial for either party. This is always done with warmth and respect, and means that no further services can be booked between us in the future.
Physical Products
For physical products, a 14-day return policy applies.
The product must be returned in original condition, unopened, and in its unbroken packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after the product has been received and inspected.
Natural products may have natural variations in color, shape, and expression. Such variations are not considered defects.
In case of damage or defect, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Feedback and comments on readings
Feedback is warmly received and used for my own development as a channel. The fact that a reading doesn't resonate with you does not automatically entitle you to a refund, as energy readings are interpreted in the encounter between me and you as the recipient, and not all parts can always be verified in the moment.
In case of clear misunderstandings about what the service actually contains, you are welcome to contact me, so that together we can find a solution where both parties feel seen and respected.

Delivery
Digital mediumistic readings are performed remotely and delivered as written channeled text via email, unless explicitly stated otherwise for the specific service.
Delivery usually occurs within 24–48 hours and can in some cases occur within 6–12 hours. Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by, for example, workload, illness, or other circumstances.
The channeled reading is sent to the email address the customer provided during the purchase, normally from hej@jennyjahn.com.
The customer is responsible for a correct email address, functional technical equipment, and email access. Also check spam if the delivery is not visible in the inbox.
Physical products are usually delivered within 1 to 10 business days via a third party, such as DHL.
In case of incorrect address or uncollected package, a new shipping fee may apply for re-delivery.
Responsibility and Guidance
Jenny Jahn offers intuitive, energetic, mediumistic, and personal guidance for self-healing, reflection, inner clarity, and personal development.
I interpret energy and frequency. When energy is translated into words, thoughts, images, or scenes, the reading captures the person's feeling and the energy directed towards you, but does not necessarily reproduce exact words, exact location, literal thoughts, or exact events.
The future is alive and dynamic. A future reading shows the strongest direction visible right now, not an absolute fixed outcome. Energy, choices, and circumstances can change over time.
Timelines are always approximate. I can read when something is closest in the field, but I cannot promise an exact date or an exact time.
The reading is given with care, warmth, and respect to create clarity and support reflection, personal development, and increased awareness.
I read energy, subtle energetic memories, and intuitive signals in the body and field. I do not diagnose, assess illness, or replace medical or psychological care.
My guidance and therapeutic healing are energetic and supportive, aiming to strengthen presence, clarity, inner connection, and personal development.
The services are complementary and do not replace medical care, treatment, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional expertise.
All choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after a reading or session are always the customer's own responsibility and free will.
The reading can provide "aha" moments, premonitions, and insights regarding what is perceived to be active in the field right now. Results, experiences, and effects of healing, energy, and guidance are subjective and can vary from person to person.
A missed, subtle, or different experience does not in itself mean that the service has not been delivered.
Delivery is assessed based on the service or product having been performed and provided as agreed, not based on how it is experienced.
Jenny Jahn AI Chat
Jenny Jahn AI is a digital AI service created and coded based on Jenny Jahn's method, language, frequency, and way of working with intuitive guidance, reflection, and personal development.
When you use the AI chat, you are not chatting with Jenny Jahn personally, but with an AI service created as a complement between sessions, for personal reflection, inner clarity, and guidance in the moment.
The AI chat never replaces a personal session, medical care, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional help.
Responses from the AI symbiosis may feel personal, intuitive, and accurate, but AI can also misinterpret, miss nuances, or provide answers that do not suit your situation. All choices, decisions, and actions based on the information are always your own responsibility.
Future readings in the AI chat should be understood as possible directions, reflections, and energetic perspectives, not as fixed outcomes, guarantees, or absolute truths.
Only enter your first name or initials in the chat. Do not share your last name, address, personal identification number, phone number, sensitive personal data, private information about other people, or information that you do not want to be processed digitally.
You are responsible for the information you share in the chat, about yourself and others. What you choose to write is your own responsibility, both regarding content and any consequences of sharing it.
Third-party protection is built into the channel. Readings of other people are presented as intuitive guidance, energetic reflection, and possible patterns, never as verified facts. The AI reads emotions, energy, movement, and dynamics, but does not make firm statements about diagnoses, crimes, or specific actions.
When you send a message in the AI chat, the content is sent to Anthropic/Claude to generate a response. The chat is saved linked to your customer account so that the AI can remember previous conversations between visits. Chat history is automatically deleted after approximately 90 days.
The AI chat is only available when you are logged into your customer account and have an active AI pass.
To start a session in the Jenny Jahn AI chat, you actively agree to these terms and the privacy policy via a confirmation checkbox before the chat starts. Without active agreement, the service cannot be used.
Jenny Jahn AI is not used for medical diagnoses, treatments, acute mental conditions, legal matters, financial advice, government agency matters, exact future guarantees, or decisions that should control your free will.
I reserve the right to block access to the AI chat in case of breach of terms, attempts to circumvent technical limitations, sharing of login details, or misuse of the service.
In case of acute mental illness, suicidal thoughts, or medical problems, you should contact healthcare, 112, or 1177.

I do not provide guidance on:
- Medical diagnoses, illnesses, or treatments
- Acute mental conditions, suicidal thoughts, psychoses, or severe depression
- Legal matters, court cases, government decisions, custody disputes, police, or social services
- Deaths, death dates, or how someone will die
- Exact future dates or absolute guarantees
- Other people's private secrets without their consent
- Detailed financial advice, investments, stocks, or exact amounts
- Detailed pregnancy information, such as gender, exact due date, or fertility outcomes
- Criminal acts, guilt issues, or crimes
- Decisions that should control the customer's free will, such as whether the customer should divorce, take a job, or make a specific life choice
Guidance can be given as reflection and perspective, but the decision always rests with the customer.
Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Services are not performed directly on minors. All ordering, contact, and handling are done via an adult or guardian.
Responsibility for information, reception, and further handling always lies with the adult ordering party.

I work originally in my execution and offer guidance, healing, and energetic support based on my own method and my own way of working.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on jennyjahn.com and Jenny Jahn AI, including prompts, methods, texts, images, concepts, and structure, is Jenny Jahn's intellectual property and protected by copyright.
No part of the content, prompt, method, or the symbiosis's structure may be copied, reproduced, distributed, disseminated, resold, used to train other AI models, or otherwise commercially exploited without written consent from Jenny Jahn.
The name Jenny Jahn AI, the concept, and the channeled method belong to Jenny Jahn.
Infringements may lead to legal action.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All information shared in sessions is handled with respect and confidentiality.
Personal information, goals, dreams, business ideas, sensitive data, or private material is never shared without your approval, unless required by law.
GDPR and Personal Data
Jennyjahn.com processes personal data only to the extent necessary for booking, purchase, delivery, contact, customer service, and statutory accounting.
You have the right to request information about what personal data is processed, and to request correction or deletion where possible according to applicable law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be decided by a Swedish court.
