Here you will find information about purchases, bookings, delivery, right of withdrawal, liability, privacy, and rights, so you can feel secure in your purchase or collaboration with Jenny Jahn.
Brief overview
♡ Upon booking, you will always receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your spam folder if the confirmation is not visible.
♡ Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. For Swish, select manual payment and then complete the transfer.
♡ Booking a service is binding and non-refundable once the service has commenced, been delivered, or performed.
♡ In case of impediment, a booked service can be rescheduled. A rescheduled service is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
♡ Physical products have a 14-day return policy, provided the product is returned in original condition, unopened, and in an unbroken package.
♡ You must be at least 18 years old to order services or products.
♡ Healing, psychic guidance, and intuitive readings never replace medical care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional assistance.
Booking and payment
By using the website, booking services, or purchasing products from jennyjahn.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email (Haven't received one? Don't forget to check your spam folder). The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and contact information during purchase.
Payment is made via PayPal or Swish. All prices are stated including VAT where VAT is applicable.
Right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund
When purchasing healing, psychic guidance, intuitive readings, coaching, or other personal services where performance begins immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the service may commence before the withdrawal period has expired. Once the service has commenced, been delivered, or performed, it will not be refunded.
Digital services and files cannot be reclaimed after delivery.
In case of impediment, a booked service can be rescheduled. A rescheduled service is valid for use within 30 days from the original purchase date.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a service if I determine that I cannot provide the right support, due to illness, force majeure, or other important reason. In such a cancellation, a full refund will be given. I reserve the right to keep the reasons for a cancellation private if necessary.
In case of drug influence, threatening, offensive, disrespectful, or objectionable behavior, the service will be terminated immediately without a refund.
Physical products
For physical products, a 14-day return policy applies.
The product must be returned in original condition, unopened, and in an unbroken package. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days after the product has been received and inspected.
Natural products may have natural variations in color, shape, and expression. Such variations are not considered defects.
In case of damage or defect, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Delivery
Digital services, files, and guidance are delivered via email or as agreed.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address, functional technical equipment, and email access.
Physical products are usually delivered within 1 to 10 business days via a third party, such as DHL.
In case of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, a new shipping fee may apply for redelivery.
Responsibility and guidance
Jenny Jahn offers intuitive, energetic, psychic, and personal guidance for self-healing, reflection, inner clarity, and personal development.
All choices, decisions, and actions before, during, and after a session are always the customer's own responsibility.
The services do not replace care, treatment, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional expertise.
Results, experiences, and effects of healing, energy, and guidance are subjective and may vary from person to person.
A lack of, subtle, or different experience does not mean that the service has not been delivered.
Delivery is assessed based on whether the service or product has been performed and provided as agreed, not based on how it is experienced.

I do not provide guidance on:
- Medical diagnoses, illnesses, or treatments
- Acute psychological conditions, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or severe depression
- Legal issues, court cases, government decisions, custody disputes, police, or social services
- Deaths, death dates, or how someone will die
- Exact future dates or absolute guarantees
- Other people's private secrets without their consent
- Detailed financial advice, investments, stocks, or exact amounts
- Detailed pregnancy information, such as gender, exact birth date, or fertility outcomes
- Criminal acts, guilt issues, or crimes
- Decisions that should control the customer's free will, such as whether the customer should divorce, take a job, or make a specific life choice
Guidance can be provided as reflection and perspective, but the decision always rests with the customer.
Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Services are not performed directly on minors. All ordering, contact, and handling are done via an adult or guardian.
The responsibility for information, receipt, and further handling always lies with the adult who placed the order.
My method
My healing method is self-developed through many years of practical work, experience, and in-depth study.
I work originally in my execution and offer guidance, healing, and energetic support based on my own method and my own way of working.
Confidentiality and privacy
All information shared in sessions is handled with respect and confidentiality.
Personal information, goals, dreams, business ideas, sensitive data, or private material will never be shared without your approval, unless required by law.
GDPR and personal data
Jennyjahn.com processes personal data only to the extent necessary for booking, purchase, delivery, contact, customer service, and statutory accounting.
You have the right to request information about what personal data is processed, and to request correction or deletion where possible according to applicable law.

Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be settled by a Swedish court.
