Payment/PaymentWe offer payment by PayPal at checkout. You will receive a receipt in the form of an e-mail confirming your order. If you prefer a paper invoice, please request this when ordering, otherwise we will only send an electronic version to help save paper and protect the environment. If you have not received your order confirmation within 15 minutes, please check that your e-mail address is correct. If not, please contact us and we will send your confirmation again. 2. Swish for Swedish customers. All our prices include 25% VAT. The VAT amount included in your purchase.

Unretrieved PackagesAs the customer, you are responsible for providing us with a valid and correct shipping address. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if you fail to retrieve your package, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivering your package. You will be notified of this via e-mail.

Returns within 14 daysIn case of any damage or defect, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods. Unbroken and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the package in the mail. Contact Customer Service first to receive a confirmation of your return. We will then issue you with a case number. Write this number on the package when you return the goods to us. Once we have confirmed that the product is intact, we will refund the purchase amount within 15 days, minus any return freight costs, which are payable by the customer.
