Genom att vistas & användandet av våran hemsida, vid köp av produkter, tjänster, eller interaktioner generellt så accepterar du våra cookies, policy & alla noteringar nedan. Dessa villkor följs med ömsesidig respekt mellan dig som bokar och dem som arbetar på jennyjahn.com.

♡ Vid bokningen av en behandling eller produkt får man sin bokningsbekräftelse via mail. (Får du ingen bekräftelse? Vänligen kontrollera att den ej hamnat bland din skräppost.)

♡ Man kommer bli uppringd på angivet nr vid sin bokade tid, om du hellre önskar Zoom eller distans kan du meddela detta vid kassan. Har du önskat Zoom kommer en inbjudan via mail. (Vänligen kontrollera att rätt telefon nummer är angivet.)

♡ Vid betalning erbjuds idagsläget paypal eller swish för alla kunder, man kan antigen betala via sitt paypalkonto eller med sitt betalkort. Swish är endast för Sverige: Efter din bokning via knappen nedan, går du in på Swish appen & betalar manuellt genom att skicka en betalning till +46763455104. Betalning bör ske inom 10min, därefter släpps den bokade tiden.

-Vid övriga frågor är du varmt välkommen att maila på info@jennyjahn.com, telefonnummer ovan används endast vid bokade samtal.

♡ En bokning av behandling är bindande & återbetalas ej. Vid förhinder kan en bokning skjutas upp till ett annat tillfälle & är giltigt att använda inom tre månader. På fysiska produkter är det 14 dagars öppet köp & produkten skall lämnas tillbaka i sitt original skick. Vid retur & reklamation ges fullåterbetalning inom 15 dagar efter godkänd och granskad retur.

♡ Min arbetsteknik i frekvenshealingen är självutvecklad under flera år, jag arbetar originellt i utförandet. Det finns därmed ingen möjlighet för mig att erhålla ett korrekt certifikat eller diplom från någon annan. Jag kommer så småningom hålla egna kurser för att lära ut tekniken med den läkande kunskapen.

♡ Som medium arbetar jag med att ge medial vägledning, vägledningen är till för att stärka dig i frågor, situationer & valmöjligheter för tydligare & klarare svar. Alla val & handlingar under/efteråt är helt och hållet kundens eget ansvar.

♡ Varmt tack för förtroendet, men jag diskuterar ej ekonomiska, medicinska eller psykologiska sakfrågor, så som vinst, sjukdom, diagnoser, brottsligt, död och arv osv. Det är viktigt att man alltid vänder sig till expertis i dessa fall. Den terapeutiska healingen & vägledningen är avsedd som ett komplement inom egenvård, självläkning och personlig utveckling. Den ersätter inte läkarvård!

♡ Är man påverkad, eller för dem som beter sig kränkande, respektlös eller stötande, så avslutas behandlingen direkt & pengarna återbetalas ej.

♡ Jag behåller mig rätten att kunna avboka en behandling med kunden men alltid med full återbetalning, i åtanke kring sjukdom, force majeure, gränssättning för osunda beteenden eller andra oförutsedda händelser osv, & jag bibehåller mig rätten till att vid behov få behålla orsaken till avbokning privat, för egen integritet.

♡ För att beställa måste man vara minst 18 år.

All use of our website, webbshop, our provide of products & services or our interactions with you in general.

This website is operated by Jenny Jahn. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jenny Jahn. Jenny Jahn offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with all of our Terms & Conditions/Policies. Additional, when you book any services and products from us, you will do so relating to the Terms & Conditions/Policies on our pages. By proceeding with a booking/order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood all & agree to be restricted by them. These Terms & Conditions/Policies may vary from time to time. You accept that you are restricted by in the current times of valid Terms & Policies when you booked/ordered.

Refund & Cancellation policy

- All services purchased are non-refundable. If you purchase a coaching & healing package and find that you are unable to use your sessions for any reason, you may put your remaining sessions on hold for 3 month. Should you decide to cancel the process without completing your coaching sessions and after your 3 month hold period is up, you will lose those sessions and will still be liable for any outstanding balance payments.

- All products purchased are refundable within 14 days. Unbroken and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the package in the mail. Contact Customer Service first to receive a confirmation of your return. We will then issue you with a case number. Write this number on the package when you return the goods to us. Once we have confirmed that the product is intact, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days, minus any return freight costs, which are payable by the customer.

In case of any damage or defect, please contact us immediately after receiving the goods.

No refunds will be issued for our organic care products with natural imperfections. Each batch is made fresh by our store. Like Mother Nature, no two plants are exactly the same; every plant has varying properties as a result of each year’s growth cycle, as affected by rain, sun, etc. Our products may show some variation from batch to batch. The quality and components of the product will be the same, however, color, texture, and scent may vary. There may be a slight separation in some of your products since no chemicals are added to bind everything together. Simply stir the product before use. The quality of your product is in no way affected by this separation.

As the customer, you are responsible for providing us with a valid and correct shipping address. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if you fail to retrieve your package, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-delivering your package. You will be notified of this via e-mail.

The information & session with me is for educational, loving support, self-healing & personal growth purposes only. I can give guidance & share loving vibration, ultimately, the client accepts the changes within & outside. Any decisions/actions made after a session are fully the responsibility of the client.

I keep my full rights to say no before or under a session anytime to my clients but only with full refund, considering of force majoure, flue or other important matter. I will cancel for any disrespectful, affected drugged behaviour (No refund).

I do not work with medical/financial/pregnancy/legal issues & I always recomend when needed to seek out medical and/or psychiatric care or treatment.

We do not claim to heal any diseases. Our products & services is ONLY for supporting in care. We always advise to seek out professional help.

Always try an organic products on a small place on skin & under fur to se if any allergy, stop use if redness or itching occur.

Information shown on jennyjahn.com page may vary. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result from services, products. You accept & understand that results vary for each individual. We also disclaim responsibility in any way for the choices, actions, results, use, misuse or non-use of the information provided or obtained through any of our products & services. You agree that your results are soley from your own.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Online Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Payment & Fees

We offer payment by PayPal at checkout.

You will receive a receipt in the form of an email confirming the order. If you prefer a paper invoice, please request this when ordering, otherwise we will only send an electronic version to help save paper and protect the environment. If you have not received your confirmation within 15 minutes, please check that your email address is correct. If not, please contact us & we will send your confirmation again.

All our prices include VAT. The VAT amount included in your purchase is specified in your order confirmation/receipt.

Swedish VAT is s charged at 25% for customers, on any invoices unless as the exceptions described below.

Swedish VAT is charged to all customers based in an EU country unless they can provide a valid VAT number in their country. If you have a VAT number within the EU please send this to us for confirmation so that we can verify.

Non EU customers eg: United States, Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand etc. Don't pay Swedish VAT.

We reserve the right to change the fees/price/packages offered but will always honour the agreed amount & agreed time period of any services that were set at the beginning of our collaboration together. However, should you wish to continue to work with us after the completion of your original package, there will be no guarantee that the prices will be the same.

We will always follow market in raisings of currency, this means we could be needed to raise prices in any terms if market does. We keep the rights to raise prices anytime needed for to cover cost of manufacturing & fair values.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Delivery Policy

As the majority of our products are available online you will be sent a receipt of your paid order.

Physical product purchases will be delivered generally between 10 working days (excluding bank holidays) via a third party delivery service such as DHL. Deliveries will be made within 1 to 10 working days from receipt of your paid order.

Online coaching services will be provided as agreed with you at the time of booking in our calendar.

Coaching Privacy

You recognise that in our work together, you may unveil goals, future plans, business affairs, job information, personal and other such private information. We will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, not freely use any such information for our own benefit or disclose this information to a third party. We will not freely disclose that you are in a coaching without your own permission.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data. You can claim your right to prevent such processing by contacting us by email on info@jennyjahn.com

You also have the right to see the personal data (as defined in the act) that we keep about you, on receipt of a written request, verification of your identity, and payment of a fee of 12Euro.
